905nm PLD with Integrated High Speed Driver-QS Series

IR Emitter uses filaments made of tungsten, nickel chromium (NiCr), Kanthal and other materials to generate black body infrared radiation at high temperatures. It can work in continuous or pulse modes and is characterized by low power consumption, high emissivity and long service life. The device adopts TO package and can internally set gold-plated reflector, and a variety of window materials can meet the needs of various infrared applications.

1550nm PLD - Standard

LD is characterized by small size, high efficiency and long life. We provide many types of LD: general CWLD with wavelength range covering visible and near infrared; PLD is suitable for ranging and lidar applications due to its short pulse width and high peak power; VCSEL; QDLD has the characteristics of low threshold and high bandwidth, which is especially suitable for high-speed optical communication; the VBG laser diode has a very narrow laser linewidth and is suitable for use as a Raman light source.

1550nm High Energy PLD

CWLD is an edge-emitting laser (EEL) with a Fabry-Perot (FP) structure, The natural cleavage surface of the semiconductor forms a resonant cavity, one end surface is coated with a high-reflection film, and the other side forms an exit surface. FP CWLD generally has multiple longitudinal modes, single or multiple transverse modes, and has the characteristics of large output power, small divergence angle, and high modulation rate. It is a relatively economical and reliable device with a wide range of applications.

PLD with Micro Lens

PLD is a special edge-emitting laser (EEL) that adapts a quantum well process of up to dozens of layers. Due to the short pulse width, low duty ratio but very high instantaneous peak power output, it is very suitable for lidar applications. For the PLD we provide: the 905nm device has the advantages of vehicle-level reliability, high temperature stability and good beam quality; 1550nm device has the industry´s highest photoelectric conversion efficiency,which is safe for human eyes; 850nm can meet specific application scenarios.
Application: Lidar, hunting/golf ranging, speed measurement, vehicle distance alarm, ceilometer, contour scanning, etc.
