The pyroelectric detector can effectively absorb the light signal and convert the temperature differential generated by absorption into electrical signals. Pyroelectric is a thermal radiation detecting device that responds to full-spectrum signals. Compared with other heat detection devices, it has a better signal-to-noise ratio and faster response speed. However, due to the limitation of window materials, it is usually divided into narrow-band detection optimized for gas or broad-band detection for medium and long wave infrared. We provide such the pyroelectric materials as LTO (LiTaO3) and DLaTGS.
