850nm Si APD

The NIR-enhanced APD has very high quantum efficiency and basic responsivity at 905nm. It has the smallest chip size and all kinds of special packages on the market. It is specifically designed for LiDAR and laser rangefinders. Some devices are suitable for harsh high temperature and humidity conditions such as vehicles.
Application: Lidar, laser ranging, security inspection scanning, 3D measurement, laser communication.
