Epigap  recently launched a TO-46 packaged deep ultraviolet LED with high output power and large light-emitting angle. Its built-in voltage regulator tube can ensure high reliability to meet the requirements of use in harsh environments. The peak wavelength of this LED is 255nm, the optical power can reach 1.5mW, the FWHM is 11nm, and the divergence angle is 100°. It can be used for water quality analysis, biochemical analysis, organic matter detection, ultraviolet light therapy, ultraviolet curing, etc.
