CMOS SPADs are Geiger avalanche tube arrays developed by CMOS technology, and specially designed for FLASH lidar, which can reach 108 levels of gain in a very short time after signal input. The first array is 2*192 pixel, the noise is less than 50cps, and the internal pixel TDC can reach a time resolution of 312.5ps within a range of 1.28μs, which is equivalent to a distance measurement range of about 4.7cm to 192m.
