The H0 series is a low-noise preamplifier optimized for Si APD and InGaAs APD. It has good applications in the fields of laser ranging, lidar, medical and analytical instruments. Packaged in a 5-pin TO-46, due to the use of a lower feedback resistor, the pre-amplifier circuit responds to signals with frequencies from DC to 80Mhz.
When the photosensitive surface of Si APD is between 500μm-1500μm in diameter, and the photosensitive surface of InGaAs APD is between 80μm-200μm in diameter, it can be integrated into the H0 series of pre-amplifier circuits.
