世界首创的可用于紫外光探测的光电雪崩管,

在光电探测器的领域, Laser Components 从未停止创新的脚步,针对生化,医疗等需要探测紫外光谱的应用,Laser Components新开发了SUR系列的雪崩管,可以用于探测紫外/蓝光波段的微弱信号.
由于SUR系列的雪崩管具有很高的响应度以及极低的噪声,非常适合用于探测光度以及荧光探测系统。
SUR500是光敏面直径为500微米的光电雪崩管,性能十分优越。当检测400nm的光信号时,探测器仍有28A/W的响应度,与此同时,噪声等效功率可以保持在一个很低的水平,只有9fW/sqrt(Hz).现阶段只有采用reach-through结构的光电雪崩管可以达到这个效果。
现在SUR系列可以提供光敏面直径为500微米的光电雪崩管,其他低噪声的产品,例如光敏面为1.5mm以及3mm的产品也会陆续推出。密封且紧凑的TO封装为UV波段特别做了优化。
