P-CUBE series photodiode module for optical platform

LASER COMPONENTS is the latest compact measurement device for precision measurement.

P-CUBE series products integrate low-noise and high-sensitivity PIN photodiodes in a cube housing with a side length of only 40mm. This series of products can be integrated with opto-electromechanical systems with parallel rods.

This series of devices provide 190-570nm GaP material photodiode, 200-1050nm SI material photodiode and 800-2200nm InGaAs material photodiode as the detection part. The device adopts BNC connector and optional FC optical interface.

iAMP-700 is a programmable current amplifier that can be directly connected to P-CUBE series devices through the BNC interface. The amplification factor of the current amplifier can reach 10^2-10^11.

P-CUBE series devices are used in conjunction with iAMP-700, which can stably detect weak light signals. The EMC shell of iAMP can make the current amplifier be placed closer to the signal source. At the same time, the positive and negative 10V bias voltage required by the P-CUBE series devices can also be directly provided by it.
